I'm Jen Knoedl, founder of MarTech Media Group. For more than 15 years I've worked at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology and operations, helping teams figure out why growth is stuck and what to do about it.
Most of the problems I'm brought in to solve aren't really about tools. They come from misaligned definitions of success, disconnected systems and processes that grew faster than anyone planned.
